This website is owned and operated by Xo-Chill Creations and its su-brand Aroma By XC. Throughout the website, the use of the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Xo-Chill Creations and Aroma By XC. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you may use our website to purchase our merchandise and access our programs and literature offered in the Spaces Application. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing, navigating or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site and affiliated pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, please discontinue the use of our Services.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your state or under any law or regulation applicable to you. By purchasing from Xo-Chill Creations, you guarantee that you are of legal age to purchase this merchandise and that this merchandise can be purchased and owned by you in your state, county, and/or city of residence.
product Terms
This website offers visitors hand crafted candles for purchase, all of which are home made in a small apartment in the Bronx, New York. Our candles are made of predominately Coconut wax blended with smaller concentrations of Soy & Beeswax or Paraffin. The blend may depend on the availability from the manufacturer. Because all of our products are handmade, they may display some unique characteristics such as - some visible frosting around the glass, minor discoloration of the wax, slightly off-centered labels, tiny markings on the metal lids, etc. None of these impact the quality of the candle itself. Please also be aware that some fragrances may produce some rusting on the inside of the metal candle tins, which would only affect our 4oz candles. In purchasing any of our items, you (the purchaser) agree to use all products safely and abide by the safety directives and warnings provided by Aroma By XC, a sub-brand of Xo-Chill Creations.
Upon purchase of our items you agree to the following cautionary points:

Fully remove product from the packaging before use

Keep away from flammable objects

Keep away from children and pets

Never leave the candle unattended.

Only burn the candle on a leveled, fire resistant surface.

Additionally, you agree to abide by the following candle burning instructions:

Keep the wood wick short - Your wick comes trimmed to 1/8 inch. Before relighting make sure it's about the length. A wick that is too ling cannot absorb the wax it needs to burn properly.

Light the wick all the way across to help even out the heat.

The first burn should last ~60 minutes to allow the wax to set its even melting point. An uneven wax pool can down the wick and cause problems lighting it.

Burn in 2 to 4 hour increments after the first burn to preserve the longevity of the scent in the candle. Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.

Be safe - keep the candle away from drafts and never move it while burning. Even though our wax is made of natural blends commonly used for other body products, our wax is not meant for any part of your body, so please keep it away from it (especially when hot!).

At Xo-Chill Creations we also offer other hand crafted products that include but are not limited to wearable items (t-shirts, hats, headbands, etc) and drinkware. While we try to obtain quality products, supplies do come from third party vendors and so there may be differentiations in the products themselves as well as include other warnings. When purchasing our items, you agree to reading all the warnings included for each product in the website or in print. As products are handcrafted, there may be imperfections such as prints being uncentered, smudges or spots resulting from the creation process.
You agree to indemnify and hold Aroma By XC or xo-chill creations harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website. Furthermore, Aroma By XC sub-brand of xo-chill creations shall not be held responsible for any property damage, personal injury (including death) or any other loss caused from misuse of the product or candle burning procedures by you (the purchaser) or any third party to whom you (the purchaser) may have made the product available to.
Content terms
The content (Services) that compliments our product revolves around a personal journey towards mental wellness. As such, throughout the website and included with our orders, you will encounter inspirational writing, activities and programs that we have implemented personally and have worked for us. At times we may partner and connect you with independent external parties via the Spaces Application, who are not employees, agents or representatives of Xo-Chill Creations or Aroma By XC. The Services are limited to enabling you to connect with other ideas, activities and programs that you may choose to implement throughout your personal journey.
If you choose to join the Xo-Chill Creations and Aroma by XC community within the Spaces Application and use its Services, you acknowledge that you are joining a community where you will have a public profile that is publicly visible to the Spaces Application visitors, and that your public activity (such as your posts or comments) will be visible to other visitors of the website. Any User Content posts or links that you (the user) post are your sole responsibility including its legality, reliability and appropriateness. You agree that your User Content will not violate third-party or fellow member rights of any kind, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights or rights of privacy. We reserve the right but are not obliged to remove any User Content or user that violates this agreement, as per our discretion. As the user, you can always opt-out and exit the community, and upon doing so, such user’s profile will not be publicly visible. Naturally, in such event you (the user) will not be able to use the community features (e.g. liking, commenting or writing posts).
These are in no way recommendations made by licensed professionals (unless otherwise explicitly stated), and are provided without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, or non-infringement. No advice or information whether oral or written, obtained by you (the user, purchaser) from Aroma By XC or through its services posted in this website or in the Spaces Application, will create any Warranty not expressly stated herein. Aroma By XC and its affiliates do not warrant that:

Aroma by XC does not warrant, endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any of the services. you expressly acknowledge that the services and any related coaching you receive are in no way intended to be interpreted as providing health care or medical or emotional therapy, or as attempting to diagnose or treat any physical, mental, or emotional condition. reframe exercises no control over and expressly disclaims any liability related to the content or advice you access or receive through the services. to the full extent permitted under applicable law, aroma by xc will not be liable for any personal injury (including death), property damage, or any other loss, injury or damage suffered by you or any user hereunder.
Right to change or modify terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
